On August 8, 2017, I contracted with Northwest Movers to move my furniture on Monday, August 14th I had found their name online and it listed their address in SW Portland Their policy was to charge me for their travel time TO my home and an upfront deposit of $ I agreed and that amount was charged to my credit card
A few days later, I found out that this company has TWO locations which was not disclosed to me, nor was it specified from WHICH location the truck would be coming Since this would have a significant impact on the amount they would charge me, I contact them via phone and email to get clarification I was told by the person on the phone that I had to speak with the person in charge who was not available But my move was the following Monday and I HAD to KNOW I also told them because they had not disclosed this discrepancy to me, I was going to file a Revdex.com complaint This made them angry and they didn't want to do business with me and told me they would r
