Never received item and stopped responding to emails Placed order for book on [redacted] for [redacted] order number [redacted] Book was one of their advertised already made covers and it stated months to be finished and shippedAfter the time passed I inquired and after many more months I finally received a response that they would look into it and get back to me That was the first and last email response I would get I never received update or the book I ordered I also didn't get any refund even though I requested it in many of my last emails

I purchased a book from this company online 2-17-14 with a ship date of 7-18-14. I have tried emailing them numerous times and now am seeing that they are not updating their webpage.Desired SettlementI would like to receive my book or a refund of 233.50 dollars. the book is 207.95 and the shipment fee of 25.55 was a part of the the original transaction as well.

Several emails back and forth asking for my book, never received it nor do they respond. They simply kept my [redacted] and sent me nothing in return.Ordered in 2013 and now 2015 they kept my [redacted] and sent me nothing and there is several complaints all over the Internet with other people having same issueDesired SettlementI want my [redacted] returned to me as I received nothing and I paid in advance for something I never received

Sold me a Book of Shadows for [redacted] and did not send me the book or respond to repeated requests for updates on progress or a refund.On [redacted] I placed order number XXXXXX. Paid the full amount of [redacted] + [redacted] Shipping) via [redacted] On the website it says that it can take between 6-20 weeks and up to 24 weeks to create and ship the book. After waiting 20 weeks I emailed them to get an update on progress on [redacted] , I emailed the address listed on their website [redacted]@witchesmoon.net. The policy on their website says it takes them about 72 hours to respond to an email. I have not received any response from them to date. I email again on [redacted] I also put in a request for resolution help with [redacted] on [redacted] but they were unable to assist me as my request was outside their 45 day policy. I emailed witchesmoon directly again on [redacted] asking for a refund and I have still not received a response from them. Today is [redacted] and I have still not received the book, received any confirmation of shipping, or any kind of communication or response as to progress on the book or a refund.Desired SettlementI want the completed book that was purchased or a complete refund of the purchase price of [redacted] and the shipping cost of [redacted]

Sold me a custom Book of Shadows for $285.00 and refuse to ship the book to me.On Sept 30, 2013 I paid Witches Moon sales person 285.00 for a handmade book of shadows. This happened through eBay. They said give them 30 days to finish making the book. 30 days came and went so I emailed them...I emailed them weekly and each week another excuse was given. Then mid Nov they disappeard from eBay. This was after the 45 day mark so I could not file a claim with Paypal. I emailed the pickeringpagan/witches moon directly and was promised my book. The shipping day came and went so I emailed them again through facebook and personal emails. They have been ignoring me and will not send my 285.00 book. I asked for a refund and I am ignored. I asked them to ship my book, I am ignored. I have my invoice, I have saved emails from them promising me my book. They have not done anything but take my money and run. I feel they are nothing more then common thievesDesired SettlementI want a 100% refund or I want the book. At this I prefer my money back.

Never recieved my order. Multiple emails to company with no responseI ordered a custom book from witchesmoon on [redacted] 2012 -Order #5522 in the amount of [redacted] paid thru [redacted] They said it could take approx 3-6 months until book shipped. On [redacted] 2013 I checked their website for an order update and it still showed my book was back-ordered. I left numerous voicemails, e-mails and facebook requests for information about my order. No one has responded.Desired SettlementMy book or a full refund

I bought a [redacted] book in [redacted] of 2014, said it would be ready in 45 days it is now the end of April 2015 and I still have not received it. I bought a [redacted] book [redacted] 2014 and [redacted] & [redacted] said it would be ready in 45 days it is now the end of April 2015 and I still have not received it. There has been very little communication, the only reason they even responded to me is because I found their other website and contacted them through there. Their cousin [redacted] said they shipped it Monday [redacted] but there has been NO communication on their end and NO tracking number and I don't have my book! I've emailed three times and they will not respond to me. In total I've emailed maybe 12 time and they've responded to 3 of the 12. This is the worst customer service I've ever experience in my life and I feel like they are just stealing money from people. I want a refund. I want my money back ASAP. I have NO book and it's been 7 MONTHS since I've ordered. What a horrible, horrible service.Desired SettlementGive me my money back. You have not given me my book or proof that it has even shipped, just an email from your COUSIN not even you, the owners of witches moon that it shipped on Monday [redacted] I have no book! And you've stolen my money. I want it back ASAP. I've been MORE than patient and have waited more than enough time.
