I am a long-time customer of Witham Auto Centers (10+years) On July 13th, ahead of my vacation plans I scheduled a regular oil change I was disappointed, and down right angry after driving roughly miles to a city in northwest Iowa to find the mechanic or oil/lube tech left the oil cap off Understandably, this may happen quite often, I trusted Witham to provide superior care/comfort I called them immediately the following day and they worked with me to fix the situation I was in (towing, having another dealership inspect my vehicle, etc) After returning from vacation, today July 18th, I stopped in for a quick check up Witham provided superior customer service, inspected my vehicle again, reimbursed me for the original oil change, reimbursed me for the towing expense and gave me two free oil changes for the future I'm not a vehicle expert nor am I an expert in vehicle mechanics/technician but I know once there is a service failure of any kind there is a small window the service provider has to make it right Witham did it, and made me whole again Will I forever check the oil cap after an oil change, you bet I will but because of Witham's quick action, use of common courtesies and over apologetic attitude they've restore my trust in them This could have gone in a much worse direction and I'm thankful for those who played a big part in retaining me as a customer I know Wotham will take care of me and do what's ethical/right by me in the future This is one experience worth noting; negative turned into positive

Understandably, this may happen quite often, I trusted Witham to provide superior care/comfort. I called them immediately the following day and they worked with me to fix the situation I was in (towing, having another dealership inspect my vehicle, etc).
