Thank you for bringing this grievance to our attentionISO is an insurance agency specialized in providing insurance plans to international students coming to study is in the U.STherefore we feel we have a duty to provide them with the highest level of customer service and guidance on insurance
mattersThe customer purchased the insurance on 6/*/on our website for insurance coverage for months from 6/*/15-12/*/At the time of enrollment the customer confirmed his agreement to terms of the policy, and received confirmation of enrollmentBefore submitting the payment there is a clear statements and link to the policy that the customer must review and checkThe statement reads: “I have read the policy and agree to the terms and conditionsI wish to purchase insurance under the terms of the Policy BrochureI know it is a crime to provide or misleading information to an insurer for the purpose of defrauding the insurer or any other personI authorize ISOA to charge my card the full amount of my orderI understand that after my insurance is processed I will not be able to cancel itPremium refunds, less a $cancellation processing fee, will be considered only for entry into the armed forces” The customer used the insurance to claim his medical billsThe refund policy is: Premium refunds will be considered only for entry into the armed forcesUnearned funds will be refunded for the number of full months onlyThe refund request must be in writing and your medical insurance ID card must be returned with your requestPremium refunds will not be considered if a claim has been filed during the period of coverageAll refunds are subject to approval by the plan managerSince a claim has been filed during the period of coverage and the customer didn’t join the armed forces, premium refunds cannot be consideredOur customer care team provided a clear explanation detailing why the customer is not eligible for a refund when the customer first contacted ISO for a refund request on 8/**/We assist our customers with choosing a plan and review schools waiversUnfortunately the school waiver policy changed after the customer enrolled and the policy became effectiveThere are strict prerequisites for an active insurance policy to be cancelledWe understand that things can change such as school waiver requirements and we attempted to make an exception to the cancellation policy but we could not bypass the strict terms of cancellation once a customer submitted claimsWe hope the explanation provided addresses the grievances of the customer

[redacted]  only part of the statement that is true is that they told me of the leak when they fixed the belt I have a recording of me and the service manager discussing the entire incident I will get a cord so I can download it too you and you will hear the conversation of them not knowing how or what happened but that they will be putting my car together and putting it outside also you will hear the service manager offering too work on my car from time to time but that he couldn't give me a time that it would be completed in that recorded conversation he repeatedly told me that mr.wither's told him to put it back together and put it outside tell him too come get his car if they had done nothing wrong why would you do all that work and not charge me.

Cut and dry; copy warranty front and back of Invoice done 7/11/14 "Out of Warranty". Customer remarks of scan is very inflamatory to our 40 yr company, and if continues will take action! Same warranty for all customer: yes I did speak with [redacted] (conversation out of control).
