I paid a monthly fee of $93 for nearly 4 years to care for 11 roses and only 3 were cared for during the last 2 yearsIn the summer of 2012 I went into a monthly contract with Witherspoon to care for 11 roses located at [redacted] The roses were cared for for the first year. Then I noticed that the roses at [redacted] looked good while the other locations did not. I couldn't understand why. Then over the winter I realized that Witherspoon had not weatherized the roses at [redacted] and when I called several months ago to complain, [redacted] said the staff had changed and they only had noted to provide care for the roses at [redacted] I asked her why didn't the care person say where were the remaining 8 roses since it clearly states on my contract that I am paying for care for 11 - not 3 - roses. [redacted] said the director of care would speak to me as well as meet me. I have called several times went to meet him on March 14th and nothing has happened.Desired SettlementI am seeking 4 months of free care or a reimbursement of the 4 months I have paid. I have faithfully paid $93/month since 2012 and I have only received 1 year of complete serviceBusiness Response After reviewing the complaint and speaking with the parties involved here at Witherspoon, I have applied a credit of $384.00 (4 months of service) to the customer's account which she will see reflected on her next statement. We hope to continue a positive business relationship with the customer for many years to come. Thank you.Consumer Response I accept the company's offer of 4 months credit or $384 as request but challenge the company's statement that they knew nothing about this and it was the first time they were contacted. I spoke to [redacted] at the Durham location numerous times. I took hours of my time to meet with Whithersppon at my property and no one showed up. I will call the business - yet again - and acknowledge receipt of the compensation and remind them again of my complaint.
