Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative

I have written to this company with usually good reviews. I also wrote asking to get my billing cycle changed as we are on a fixed income always being paid after the 3rd of every month. They don't seem to care and have ignored my emails, both good and bad. I wonder, do they even read them. After all, it is supposed to be a cooperative. Hardly appears so though. Many of my billing cycles have fell on the second with me getting a disconnect notice, not even giving me an opportunity to pay on time. Do they even listen to their customers as it doesn't appear so. What a shame. Just another worry of a long line of worries. You would think with, I bet a large portion of their income coming from seniors they would treat us better. Doesn't seem to matter.

They extort money from you through what they call "line maintenance" feesAnywhere else I have had electricity I never had to pay a $a month fee for line maintenance

MY HUSBAND & I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICES!! ESPECIALLY SINCE WE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BEING ABLE TO BE ON THE "AVERAGE PLAN", WHICH OF COURSE SAVED US MONEY!!
