Hello Spoken to the customer and we are unable to come to a agreement at this time

The following day after first visit our service advisor spoke to *** and explained that she would have to replace the cable to the hood for the hood to open. She decided not to do that. The service manager agreed to install the headlight at no cost and helped open the hood for the
customer. That was all the customer asked for and we took care of everything she asked

They voluntarily resolved the situation. Yes it has been resolved.
