I would hope nobody will hire richard [redacted]. my experience from 4 years ago. I hired him to take out my drive way, and repour a driveway and a garage floor. it was about a $16,000 job. there were many flaws in his work.he acknowledge these flaws and promised to fix. after about 6 weeks of him not returning any of my phone calls,I received a letter from his attourny stating that Richard declared bankruptcy and that I could not try and get a hold of him. he was in financial trouble when he took my job and he cut corners on his work knowing that he was going to file bankruptcy. I will have to hire another contractor to fix his work and that will be around $5000. I would never recommend to anyone.he is a theif.
