October 31st, My name is Susan ***I am the owner of Wit's End Giftique in Clifton Park, NYI have been in business for yearsIn all my years of business, I have never met a person as aggressive and nasty as *** ***, also known as *** ***She buys items, wears them,
and returns themShe purchased a Brighton watch on January 1st, and returned it on January 29th, 2016, brokenDid it really take her days to realize thewatch had no stem? She was not interested in replacing the watch; she wanted a brand new ring insteadIf anyone dares to question her she becomes verbally abusive and aggressiveShe has insulted and abused several of my employees bringing a few of them to tearsHer last time in Wit's End the police had to be calledI am supplying statements from those that were attacked by Ms***They all are available for interviews but none felt comfortable giving their phone number for Ms*** to see, as a few of them are younger and terrified of herMs*** has always been treated courteously and professionally by one and allOur standards are high we always go above and beyond for all of our customersThis is evidenced by the fact that we took a ring back from Ms*** that was purchased in May 2016, returned it to the vendor and were able to get her a brand new one! She then asked thecashier for a new computerized receiptThis is impossible to do as the computer cannot generate a receipt for a sale that was not made on that dayShe was offered a hand written receipt and that was when she went on a tirade of name calling, attacks and threatsI was called to the "scene" and tried my best to calm her down, but she continued to escalate and turned her attack on meI had no other choice but to call the policeShe was disruptive andrudeShe disturbed the peaceful shopping experience of othersSeveral customers commented to my staff regarding her "behavior." As far as I am concerned, this matter is resolvedMs*** has her new ring and I have beenpaid in full and she is on notice that she is no longer welcome on my propertyIf she returns I have been instructed to call the Saratoga County Sheriff's Department (as evidenced by their document enclosed) and she will be arrestedThank you and sincerely, Susan ***

es my E-mail can be used as my response to their rebuttalI do want to say that me being upset at the snobbery shown me at the store and refusal to give me a new receipt can hardly be considered as harassment in any bookI am so upset that this woman could get this many people to lie for her gainSo much of what she said is liesI never bought or returned a dress at her store everI did not break the watch it was missing the stem from the beginning. I did not harass any body and there were not people there to harassIf you check yelp and other social media about this store you will read many other complaints similar to mine including that same woman pushing this woman's father in a wheel chair out of the aisle because he was in the waysome nice person???
