First of all, Mr [redacted] bought his truck from Witt of Green Bay LLC not Witt Auto Sales, Inc They are two totally different companies and are not owned by same entitiesNevertheless, We have addressed his problems with brakes and noise He has brought back his truck numerous times for us to inspect, and we have given him a vehicle to use while we have tried to find the noise Neither Mr [redacted] or my technician can duplicate the noise We have looked all over the truck and can’t find anything wrong with it It is very hard to fix something we can’t duplicate We even offered him $in cash (check) to go have someone else diagnose the problem, and let us know what it is He has refused our offer to help him, and his only response is that he wants his money back We do not have a money back policy, however, we did say he could trade it back in to us and find a different truckI really do not know what else we could do to help him [redacted] Owner

There was a GPS device hard wired into the carThere is no way of knowing if the electrical tampering has caused permanent issues within the cars computer systemThese are things that should have been inspected and/or disclosedI was misled to believe this car was a two owner vehicle that was traded in at the Crivitz locationThe Carfax report that I pulled after all these issues began stated it was titled ten other times and repossessed three timesI should have been told it was titled in Florida and GeorgiaIf I would have known this information, I would have never purchased this vehicle.I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of by Witt AutoWhen I went to them for help in this matter they said there was nothing they could doI was then left with the only option to fix this carWhen fixing this vehicle became too expensive and no longer practical, I went to Witt recently during their sale event wanting to purchase a different vehicleThey did state they could take the car in on trade for another vehicle and I did work with a sales person trying to find another option. At that time the only options were limited to vehicles that had a monthly payment I couldn’t affordI do not feel as though my concerns were taken seriously regarding this matterMy family needs two reliable vehiclesFrustrated and discouraged, I turned to a different dealership to purchase another carI couldn’t even use this vehicle as a trade because of all the issues with itUltimately, this Gran Prix is not safe to drive and hasn't been safe to drive since its purchase in November It is not safe to have children in the car when the check engine light comes on and the car shuts offIt is not safe to have to disconnect the battery on the side of the road in order for the ECM to reset itself to be able to drive homeI did bring this to the attention of Witt Auto two weeks after purchaseAs stated before, if I had the option to return the vehicle, I would have at that timeI do not feel I should be responsible for the negligence of the mechanic who inspected this vehicle and said it was safe to sellI do not feel that my family should have to risk their safety or suffer financially because of this vehicleI am not looking for a handoutI want a fair solution, right now I am still making loan payments on a car that I cannot driveI want to be relieved of this burden, if not for the purchased price then for the amount still owedThank you,*** ***

In regards to the Kelly Perry complaintFirst The Witt Auto Group or any other dealer in our area would not have a refund policy on any vehicle after eight months of ownershipNow the issues at handShe purchased this vehicle AS IS, AS SHOWN, NO WARRANTY, as stated on the purchase contract that
she signedShe returned after two weeks with an issue with the vehicleBefore she returned she had another mechanic clear the diagnostic codesWhen our mechanic tried to diagnose the issue there were no codes and could not duplicate the issueWe were willing to help take care of the problem even after selling the vehicle as isWe have heard nothing from MsPerry until approximately two weeks ago while we were at our big event saleI sat down with her understanding her concerns, and was willing to give her well over what her car was worth trade in value to help her purchase a different vehicleI had my sales consultant show her a few vehicles that she was interested inAfter spending over an hour with her, she told him that she needed to discuss her options with her boyfriend and scheduled a follow up appointment for the next dayThe sales consultant called to confirm the appointment to verify if she would be in at the scheduled timeWhen he talked to MsPerry she told him that she was not going to be returning to purchase another vehicleThat was the last we heard from herI feel that we have tried to satisfy the customers concerns to the best of our abilities, and that after eight months of ownership a refund is not possible. In response to Mr. [redacted]. We have offered him $100 to have his mechanic diagnose the problem. My mechanic was not able to duplicate any issue with his truck.He was told if his mechanic finds a problem we would fix the problem. Mr. [redacted] said he would get back to me and never did. We are being more than fair with him.This is not the first time we have tried to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. We also have given him a vehicle to use no charge while we had his Truck in the shop. Regards, [redacted]
