Witt Ford has contacted me regarding this matter and we are working on a compromise to this situation. I feel better about this matter and feel Witt has made an effort to rectify this situation. Not a witt issue, but a Ford issue.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have talked with Lori, and I am trying to work something out. However, Witt Ford takes no responsibility for the leaky...
tank. The recall was a Ford Motor Company issue, not Witt Ford. The recall was performed properly, and the rust from the tank caused the leak.
I have talked with Ford Motor Company, and they feel that the recall was not performed in a timely manner, which caused rust build up. They are not taking any action on this matter.
However, I do understand this is an unfortunate circumstances that can happen from time to time. It puts the customer in the middle of something, which is not necessarily her fault. I have talked with Lori, and will be offering her some kind of discount to hopefully fix the problem.
