attached for you in this writeup. MY RESPONSE TO HER SAYING THAT I "HELD HER SITE HOSTAGE"I NEVER once held her site hostage. The only time she did not have access to the site was when I was building it, because at that point there was no login. The SECOND I finished the website that she absolutely loved, I sent her the link to the login to the site (image attached), which completely goes against her claim that I "held her site hostage".PROOF WITHIN HER OWN STATEMENT TO YOUIn her statement it says that the website hosting company called the site "a [redacted]" or something along those lines. Well of course it is supposed to be like a [redacted], it's me taking a wordpress platform and turning it into a complete e commerce success. She herself ran the site, and is still running the site today, so how is she even requesting a refund when I did all of the work she asked me to do.MY RESPONSE TO HER SAYING THAT I I would contact her when new updates raised on wordpress and simply offer the work. She in all cases accepted the work and I completed every single thing I ever did for her with the utmost care and professionalism. I have attached emails that I have below referenced so you can see that she definitely was pleased with my work, her site was NOT being held hostage (as you will see the email that shows me giving her the link to login, and her sending me and email saying "can I have the link to login to my site again".  I have also attached the original contract for the website design that she liked. MY RESPONSE TO HER SAYING I USED HER TESTIMONIAL WITHOUT PERMISSION:she DID at one point say "Great work [redacted]" in one of the emails I actually did attach for you, and that is what I used in the reviews section.MY RESPONSE TO HER SAYING I SAID I DESIGNED THE LOGO WHEN I DID NOT:I completely acknowledge that I did not design the logo. That was a complete misprint on the website, and that has been taken down indefinitely. WHAT I HAVE DONE TO APPEASE [redacted] REQUESTS:1. I have taken out her review in my testimonials section2. I have taken out her website in my portfolio section3. I have emailed her with all of the screenshots and attachments showing that I did not keep her site hostage and I emailed her the contract that we both agreed to which lays out the entire agreement in full.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
