The LEDIC Management group manages an apartment complex in San Marcos, Tx\r\nTheir management is the worst I\'ve ever encounteredThey have no respect for their tenants, are very rude and present themselves as gods amongst mortalsThey believe they are a higher power it\'s ridiculously humorousTheir designs, interior and exterior of their buildings show a lot of \"shortcuts\", and very sloppyThey will find any excuse to fine you for whatever reasonThey\'ve produced satements claiming my family was evicted when in reality the apartment flooded in the major storm last OctoberIt was inhabitable, and management realeased us from the lease, yet they claimed to other apartment management that we were evicted therefore making it more difficult for us to find a new homeTheir reactions are based off their own relationships other than the business proceduresIn other words, if they don\'t like you, or have an issue with you, they will make it apparent by fining you for small thingsI wouldn\'t recommend anyone from leasing here
