Wizard Home Services

I arranged for Sam S's company "Wizard Home Services" to help me move. His movers came and moved my furniture on September 8th.

They damaged my leather couch during the move. Sam said that his insurance company would cover the cost of the damage, if I sent him the receipt for my new couch. He lied. Once he received his payment, he did not answer my calls, does not return emails, does not return voicemails, does not return text messages, etc.

His company has terrible reviews online - I wish I had checked, but I was in a hurry to move. I can't believe that someone treats paying customers the way that he does.
