Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It does not address my concerns regarding lack of cleaning supplies.Kadi D [redacted] who claims to be the owner of the business informed me that the cleaner, Zoltne P [redacted] took pictures of the interior of my home without my knowledge or consentThis is unacceptable behavior.When I posted an unfavorable review of my experience online, Kadi D [redacted] response was totally unprofessional to the point of 1) revealing information about a customer online in a public forum which she was not authorized to do and 2) threatening legal action unless the unfavorable review was removed.This business, and Kadi D [redacted] specifically, requires investigation on the part of Revdex.comShe is a scheming, greedy, lying person who has clearly engaged in this type of behavior with other customersShe should be stopped Regards, [redacted]
Attached are pictures from that apartment, some of those pictures show that Wizard brought Mrs.***, Bleach, Magic ErasersShe also had sponges,l I just don't have a photo of it.Our Service Agreement clearly said that we bring the supplies but no vacuumClient didn't even have a broom to
provide for WizardApartment had been recently painted so there was white dust on floor and Wizard used paper towels to try and get the dust up.Client was rudely standing over the Wizard and rushing her from one task to another because she didn't want to pay for more than hoursLike you can see from pictures, this place was in need of a good scrub so of course hours was not enough to get everything cleaned.Client has not contacted us even once to try and get this settled, she went to *** and anonymously wrote the review so we didn't even know who it was fromI see that we sent follemails that go out to all new clients to check on how the cleaning went, received no response
