Non responsive company. Claims items are on presale and does not want to offer a refund.
I placed an order on July 4th, 2020. At the time, this board game was on presale with an ETA of July 2020. In the meantime, this game has now been available from multiple retailers for the past two weeks. Besides an order confirmation, there has been no other communication. Posts on their social media go unanswered. Emails go unanswered. Now they have updated their website and claim that this time will be available August 2020. However their refund policy is unclear. Some parts of the site say 24 hours and some part says 30 days while other parts claim that there is a "restocking fee" for presale. At this point, I just want a full refund.
At this time I am seeking a full refund as this company has lost my trust.
I have since heard back from this company and they have agreed to give me a full refund. I expect it to take a few days to show up on my credit card but as long as that happens, I am satisfied and see no need to pursue the matter further.
