WJD Enterprises collected my personal information with false representation at Market Square Day last summer. They were offering a raffle to win a Home [redacted] gift certificate. The display implied that this offer was directly from Home [redacted] not a time share company. They claim you have "won" a prize and have repeatedly called (and I assume sold my personal information to other companies) who have repeatedly called me despite my requests to remove my number from their calling list. This method of collecting information should not be allowed.Desired Settlement I want my phone number removed from their calling list. Business Response First of all, I am sorry for Ms. [redacted]'s misunderstanding of our program. Our booths have disclaimers which clearly state that the promotion is being done for the purpose es of timeshare. Every registration form that people fill out has the terms and conditions on them and clearly state that you will be contacted by telephone about the promotion. if when contaacted, Ms. [redacted] had requested to be place on our do not call list, this would have been done. We have no desire to continue to contact someone who is not interested in our program. She also was never told that she won anything.It is a promotional consideration. She really should read the disclosures before signing up for something in the future. We are happy to add her to our DNC list.
