After receiving this complaint, I reached out to [redacted] againMy gutter foreman and I personally met with [redacted] last weekWe rearranged his downspout for the 3rd time and said he was happy with the way my guys did it this time The best way to get the water away from the house would have been to go through the deck and this is the way I recommended it being done the when I originally quoted it However, [redacted] wanted it done his way so this is what we did We have gone above and beyond to accommodate him and I genuinely hope he will continue to be happy

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.I did meet with [redacted] and his subcontractor [redacted] and they made the adjustment as they originally indicated they would. Please note that the previous adjustment (one other) was not what [redacted] and I discussed and the individual who did that work no longer works for [redacted] This is important because that person did not understand what needed to be done and the owner of the gutter business [redacted] realized the mistake. He has since modified the system and hopefully the modification will correct the problem however I will not know until we have a hard rain. It's interesting to note that I had received 2 other estimates and one of the two wanted to go through the deck but [redacted] (and one other contractor) told me it would not be necessary. That was a determining factor in choosing him because I did not want to have to have the contractor cut the concrete below the deck. They assured me this would not be necessary. I will contact you once we have a steady rain to let you know if this adjustment was successful. Thanks for all your help if it wasn't for you I would have never heard from [redacted] again!

This has been resolved. The sales associate he was calling was out of the country on a mission trip.
