Mr [redacted] rebate was rejected because of missing required informationThe purchase date and dealer name and address were missing from the documents he submittedBoth are used to validate the claim requirementsWe reached out to Mr [redacted] and the selling dealerAnd they were able to supply the missing required informationThe information was submitted and the rebate claim has been approvedMr [redacted] has been informed of the status change of his rebate via a phone conversation on 8/21/
