Review: On 9/1/14 I entered into a pre-buy agreement for propane. A copy of my contract is available for you review. I have approximately 450gallons left and the supplier is refusing to deliver based on this contract. They will only deliver if I pay $4.79-$4.99 per gallon COD, (price depends on quantity).Desired Settlement: My contract is honored within the next 2 weeks as I am low on propane and will need a fill before then.

[redacted] also complained to the [redacted], and the [redacted]. We have responded to both complaints, and credited Ms. [redacted] for the $20.00 for a delivery fee for one delivery of propane. We did not break our pre-buy contract by charging her a higher price for any deliveries. Ms. [redacted] has received credit on her account from fuel assistance and also 200 free gallons from fuel assistance. Thank you for your inquiry and I do regret not responding when I first heard from you.

Review: WE prepaid last fall with contract and receipt They refused on Jan. 3,2014 to deliver our Full prepaid amount and in addition added a note to their Reason of "propane is in short supply...THEY..decided to do a surcharge of $20.00 " because they " MUST recoup some of these extra fees"...AND now FEB.3,2014...THEY told me over the phone they are throwing our contract away", wont deliver our over 270 Gallons...we bought back on AUG.22, 2013!!!! PLEASE HELP MY family is COLD!!!Desired Settlement: HONOR the CONTRACT...deliver our propane we already PURCHACED!!! OUR home is dependant on heat from propane...and we have a child living here!!!
