My beau and I had been shopping around for a ring for a long time (while he saved up money for it) and we never really found anything special Most places had the same things to offer and nothing ever really jumped out at me One day, on one of our usual jewelry store rounds, we were in W.KChan when a woman stopped by to have her rings cleaned One of the rings caught my eye because it had thick gold bands, one yellow the other white, and they split to hold a diamond in the middle I told her it was beautiful and asked where she got it when she said her husband had it custom made for her Until that point my husband and I hadn't considered a custom made ring because we didn't even know it could be done I asked the woman if she knew where it'd been made and she said that it was actually W.Kthat made it for her I was so excited that I immediately asked one of their sales staff if they still custom make rings and they answered yes! In a week my husband and I had come up with a design and weeks after placing our order with W.KI FINALLY had my engagement ring! It's perfect and beautiful and special because my fiancee and I designed it together I was close to giving up on having and engagement ring but now I have something perfect that I will cherish until the day I die
I have dealt with Wk Chan and David Chan personally for all my jewelry needs, they are by far the most professional in the business as well the quality and pricing is amazing , I have purchased several items over the last decade and always refer friends and family because that's how I am treated by David Chan ....Like Family even though I am just a consumer ....Thanks Wk Chan!

For 40th birthday in 2010 my husband of 19 years was looking to replace my broken wedding ring. He succeeded with the help of Mr. [redacted]. I have a new wedding band that suits me better than my first one.
.. I bought a set of eng/wed rgs for my brother because it all had to be a surprise. His girlfriend wasn't to know a thing. I bought them used. The gal I bought them from had originally purchased them Wk Chan, so I asked if she could get another appraisal done for our satisfaction. This is when this whole mess started..... Wk Chan had no problem taking in things and putting my brothers name on the ticket and on the appraisal papers, she explained what was happening and they explained it was no problem. First they change the pick date of the rings 3x, and it's not like they were getting appraised and cleaned up in Toronto. Everything was done here in the city! As soon as I questioned them on why they had to continue to push the dates back, right away the guy started getting huffy and then the next thing was when I questioned him on the diamond, that's when he lost it and removed it from my hands and said he was not to be discussing these things with me. Then he grabbed the appraisal papers and told me to show him the ticket for picking up these items..... So I pulled out my cell because Amanda the gal I purchased them from had taken a picture of it on that day and I showed him that. He laughed at me and said I can't take that...
Now this is the Jeweller that actually took in these items because as he came towards me and he saw the rings he right away said to me, that I wasn't the girl that dropped them off. So he knew what was going on.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Needless to say I left there empty handed and yes very upset(said a few bad words) whoops). Amanda is a nurse and the rings were suppose to be ready at 2 that day but once again WK Chan had told her they would only be ready after 5pm so she wasn't able to make it with me. I honestly do not want to pay for the unacceptable service they provided. I will need to bring the rings somewhere else to get them cleaned up. They look awful. My brother would not want to propose with used looking rings! I will never ever deal with this company again!
I also have a few more questions... Is there anyways we can meet? We need to pick up these rings but I don't think you should have to pay a dime for the work they did on them plus for the bull st they put u through, the appraiser they get is only downtown and I know him so I'm going to call him too to ask him some questions of my own.... Sorry but I use to be in the Jewellery industry for 45 years I know this is not how customers are treated! I want to make sure your stone is the same one in the ring now.
Sorry for all this silliness but not even a month a half ago I was selling a piece of jewelry and had I brought it to Roger Watson Jeweller's. They were amazing, we had no trouble and I didn't even need to be at the Jewellery store at the same time for the other lady to pick it up. She had a photo of the tag and it was all good. Everyone was happy.
Here I find they didn't even do a very nice clean up on the rings. They still have scratches on the sides where the bands were together or not, either way not a good polish job. You'd think they would've rhodium plated them for u cuz, after adding heat to white gold, the rings will turn yellow.
