apron.This is not my business but I agreed toaccommodate. The brick work was performed &completed. Seal coating ashphalt requires dry weather for 48 hours. Since May we had not gone 3 days without rain in the forecast and ashphalt was not completed yet.I spoke with the husband on a few timesexplained I had over 11 jobs incomplete due to weather. One client could not use their driveway as they were waiting for bricks to be sealed after a new install. Just finished with two days rain free this week. June was 3rd rainiest In 84yrs.talked to complainant 7/10&11.$60worth of work left. This week to complete. false accusation

Since the response of the vendor, there have been many days of sunshine when he could have performed the work paid for. He was called and left message but has never returned any calls. We asked for a refund, but there has been no response. Last time he was called was July 26, 2014.
