WLVQ/WAZU/WHOK

This is in response to the the complaint against WLVQ/Wilks Broadcasting.During the course of the entire promotion, on-air liners, pre-recorded promo's, and giveaways it was not mentioned that a Go-Pro would be included in the prize pack won in this contest.We have recordings of air-checks to back
this up. When it came time to call the winner we had a fipromotions person (our director was on vacation) make the actual phone call to the winner. Joe Saccidentally said "go-pro" in the voicemail message. Joe Salso sent an email to the winner in where he did not mention a Go-Pro as a part of the prize packageThe only time Go-Pro was mentioned was in the voice-mail. It was not mentioned on-air, online, or through our e-mail database throughout the duration of the promotion (start to finish).We do not want to upset anyone but feel this complaint is not valid as we did our diligence throughout the promotion to be clear of the prize package and a mistake on a voicemail was the only mention of the prizeThe winner received everything that was advertised throughout the promotion
