Review: [redacted]-of WM ELECTRIC &GENERAL CONTRACTING . WAS HIRED TO INSTALL A BASE HEATER IN MY HOME. MY PROVIDED THE BASE HEATER AND THERMOSTAT. BE SIDES THE INSTALLMENT FEE. WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED PAY A ADDITIONAL $149 to install a new circuit beaker IN MY PANEL BOX(A 120/240 VOLT CIRCUIT) TO RUN MY 240 VOLT HEATER. I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS TWO POLE BREAKER THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED. I TOOK A PICTURE OF MY PANEL BOX BEFORE THE CHANGE WAS TO BE DONE IN MY PANEL BOX. AND THE PANEL BOX HAS NO UPGRADE. I DIDNT NOTICE IT UNTIL I TRIED TO USE MY FOOD DISPOSABLE UNIT IN THE KITCHEN . AND IT BLEW OUT. WHICH IS VERY UNUSABLE FOR THAT TYPE OF UNIT TO BLOW. SO I CHECKED MY PANEL BOX TO SEE IF THE AREA MARKED FOR MY DISPOSABLE UNIT HAD A PROBLEM. THEN NOTICE THAT THE BOX HAD NOT BEEN UPGRADED. AND I BELIEVE THAT THIS COMPANY JUST WIRED THE BASE HEATER TO ANOTHER AREA OF THE CIRCUIT BEAKER INSTEAD OF UPGRADING IT AS I PAID FOR. I ALSO NOW FEEL I WAS OVER CHARGE FOR THE INSTALLATION FEE AS WELL. I LOOKED ON LINE AND THE AVERAGE PRICE FOR INSTALLATION OF THIS TYPE OF HEATER WAS $200-300. THIS COMPANY CHARGE ME $500.Desired Settlement: I WANT THE INSTALLATION OF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER I PAID FOR/ AND REFUND FOR THE OVER CHARGES OF INSTALLATION FEES
