Wm. Keith Scannell and Assoc

2021 - Keith was to put surveillance on a vehicle. Supposedly, he tried to find the car twice. I needed it done immediately, so I cancelled the surveillance. It was $600 ($200 of which was a security deposit). I understand he does not have to refund it all since he 'tried' twice. However - at the VERY LEAST, I should have the security deposit refund since no equipment was ever used! I believe a fair refund would be $400. Many, many calls, emails and messages have been sent. Two times I spoke to him and he promised it was 'in the works'. It's been 4 months since the original payment and almost as long waiting for the refund! I never post reviews about someone's business, however, I do not want others getting taken like I was.
