I have spoken with *** *** about the service that was applied on 7/18/and we've come to an agreement to write off the balance to the account *** *** owes has a zero balance (0.00) on his account We will not be contacting *** *** in the future about service and have applied

I am rejecting this response because:  My first problem with the response is that Weedman never seeded my lawn. They told me they would perform an aeration and over seeding free to help with the damage caused from their lack of performance. They did complete the aeration but never seeded. Second is their claim of only having one weed control service in May 2016. My complaint from Day one was weeds. Every service I received was their recommendation. I complained multiple times about weeds throughout the 2016 summer and they only performed one weed control treatment. Third I never ordered a fertilizer treatment. I wanted my lawn to be free of weeds. After two years my lawn was destroyed by Weedman. My lawn was close to perfect before Weedman. I hired them to maintain the condition of my lawn. They failed massively at their job. I gave them multiple chances to correct the problem. They did not do it. I refuse to pay for a fertilizer treatment that I did not want. I have estimates from other companies to repair the damage. It is going to cost me around $2,000 to fix what Weedman destroyed.

Weed Man representatives have spoken to [redacted] on 5/8/2017 in regards to the final charge on his account for a Fall Fertilizer. [redacted] did express his concerns with weeds however, the fertilizer treatment he ordered is not a weed solution. [redacted] only had one weed control service in 2016...

that was completed in May. With out further weed control treatments, [redacted] will still have issues with weeds. During 2016 Weed man Lawn Care also wrote off 4 services on [redacted]'s account resulting in $1349.36 of free services out of good faith to help him and his lawn. [redacted]s lawn was suffering from Grub Damages (Insects) in 2016 resulting in him contacting us to resolve these insect issue. The grub damage to [redacted]'s lawn was excessive and we completed a full aeration and seeding to the lawn, including a pre and post grub control for free as a part of the 4 free services. The Fall fertilizer [redacted] ordered was to promote nutrients into the soil and feed the new grass seed following the Grub damage.  Weed Man lawn care is not responsible for customers who have insect damage without pre-cautionary services completed by us. [redacted] would have had weed concerns with only 1 weed control completed in May instead of 2 throughout the year. [redacted] was aware of the fertilizer being completed and the charges that follow.
