Review: I contacted this company for diagnosis of a loss of water at my home. The company sent a technician who was at the house approximately 10 minutes and did not provide the service as stated. I had to call another plumber to get my issue resolved and I received a bill for $195.50 indicating 2 hours of travel. Their office is located approximately 4 miles from my home. I sent a letter explaining that I did not feel the company addressed my problem and submitted a check for $50 for the service call.Desired Settlement: I believe this company has been reimbursed for the service call that resulted in nothing being done to restore water to my home. They obviously sent a technician from out of the area for a local residential call in order to pad the bill with travel charges. I was not informed that a technician from out of area would be taking the call, nor was I advised of the exhorbitant charge that would entail, again for 10 minutes of "work". There was no follow-up by the company and a second plumber had to be contatced to restore water to my home. I do not want to hear from this company for any additional reimbursement.
