WMC ADVANCED PHYSICIANS SVCS

Review: Provided insurance information at office visit. Billing dept used wrong insurance information and attempted to bill me for what I do not owe (I am fully covered under the correct insuranca I provided to them several times). Sent certified mail containing my legal dispute of the charges on 12/17/2012, WMC claims that " did not receive it" (I have attached proof of delivery). Contacted them again on 01/14/2013, spoke to [redacted], faxed all over the same information again, with proof of the transmitall (attached to this claim). [redacted] claims "did not receive it" and continues to bill me. Contacted them again, and I am informed that WMC sent this bill to collections and therefore damaged my credit score. WMC made a mistake, refuses to correct several times and sent my name for collections.Desired Settlement: Correct error, clear my account, remove my name from the collections agency and repair all effects this collection may have caused to my credit.I also would like thr $3.40 I spent in certified mail and the three hours of my time to make sure they correct my problem at the rate of $30/hour.
