HelloI contacted this company several times prior to this complaint being submittedMy first contact was last year just after or around the time that retake photos were being done in schoolI called to confirm that they would allow me to come to the studio to retake the photo and was never told that there was a time frame or expirationIn fact, I was told that they were busy and that I should try back after school photos were doneI called again when pictures were being taken at school this year and asked them to pull up my order to let me know if a Cd was purchased with the packet and asked again if I would still be able to come in and have my son's photo retakenI was put on hold while she checked, she told me it would be okay, but that it was busy due to school photos and I was told to call back to schedule (again)There was a call to confirm and at that time the expectation was set Had I been told no, it was too late, I would have understood I waited and called to reschedule, went through just about the same phone and I explained that I had called prior, I was put on hold for them to ask someone if it would be okayI was asked if I had the photos from the package I had purchased last year, I confirmed that I have themAn appointment was scheduled and I was told that I needed to bring the pictures with meAgain, the expectation was setAfter all of that, this company waited until the day before the appointment to call me and change up, stating that there policy is yearThis policy was never mentioned in any of the calls I made prior to the day before the appointmentAfter a long conversation with the office manager and the owner, I know that I would not want to do business with them ever againThey basically called me a liar and had some other negative viewpoints about their customers I believe that they could have used any number of things to try to appease an upset customer (a coupon, a discount, an exception to the policy), however as the owner told me, he was digging his feet in on thisI simply would like a full refund at this point as they did not live up to the expectation that was set each time I called Thank you, [redacted]
