I've received zero response regarding a returned iitem on 5/The cost was $for wall decalsThere's been no customer support or communication Order # XXXXX

I placed an order on March 15th for the Clara Wall Mural via [redacted] The order arrived and it was incorrectThe order came as the Clara Wallpaper, which is a different pattern I then engaged Walls Need Love directly to correct the mistake and paid the company directly [redacted] issued a refund separately I placed the order on 4/When I placed the direct order I gave the wall size with the ceiling heightOnce the installer went to put up the first panel we realized the mural was too small in both directionsI was told that the company would expedite the order because they were so sorry for the inconveniencedays after placing the order I called and the order had not shipped Once we did receive the mural it was not too small for the wallThe sales associate was given the dimensions over the phoneUpon finding out it was too small, I called and emailed Walls Need Love for two weeks before I received a responseI was sent a mailing label and was told I would

Ordered ft of wallpaper, it arrived in good condition, but the pattern does not match-up; the paper can not be laid side-by-side
I recieved the wallpaper on 8/20/
Sent email to support on 8/22/18, they requested video proof on 8/23/and a video was sent 8/24/
I requested a refund or replacement on 8/28/after not hearing from them
Recieved email that said, "Hi ***, So sorry for the waitIn order to offer you the widest variety of custom wallpaper, we print all orders on demand, specifically for youWe hold no inventory shelves and cannot resale any returned/exchanged productsFor this reason, returns and refunds do no fit within our business modelWe apologize for the inconvenience."
And I have not heard from them since despite repeated emails and no one picking up the customer support line

This is the second order I have placed with this company that has taken over a month to shipTheir website says "ships in 2-business days" but this has not been the caseThe first order (order #XXXXX) also took a month to ship and did not do so until after I contacted customer serviceAfter contacting them, I was told my item had not been shipped due to "unforeseeable printing delays" and they were not sure when it would shipI placed another order because I amused this was a one time "unforeseeable" incident; however this was not the case
Now, I am in a bit of a bind because I have a room half finished and have an event in less than a weekThe company is very hard to get in touch with and I really do need my order ASAP
After doing some research on the company,

Instead of rolls of wallpaper, the merchant sent me samples (small squares) of wallpaperThey never responded to emails or calls to issue a refund

Instead of rolls, samples of the same wallpaper were sent to meI would like WallsNeedLove to refund me the cost of the wallpaper rolls that were never sent to me
It has been impossible to get a hold of anyone at the companyTheir voicemail recording notes "memory full" and I have received no replies from the emails I have sent the company

My wife and I ordered wallpaper from this company, and were unhappy with the appearance of the product that we received My wife tried to initiate a return on the company's website, but the website could not locate our order based on the order number We then tried to contact the company via phone; two numbers are provided on the website, one of which is not in service (877.807.8897), and the other always answers with a recording that "no support agents are currently available", with no option to wait on hold (615.386.8811) After several attempts to reach the company via email (***@WallsNeedLove.com), we finally received a reply that "We are unable to provide you with a return label or a store creditKindly check our policy here:
https://wallsneedlove.com/apps/help-center#!what-is-your-return-policy" As per the return policy at the provided link, there is a Day "No-Hassle" Return Policy under which our order should be covered
