brake lines, gas line, gas tankor power steering line mentioned. Upon receipt of this complaint, we reviewed this complaint with themechanic that performed the inspection and he verified that the vehicle was in very good condition andwould not have passed NY State inspection if the brake lines were damaged or the brakes were over50% worn. Also, the gas lines, gas tank, and the power steering line were fine at the time of the NY Stateinspection. We have not blown off or lied to [redacted] in any way. Customer satisfaction is our number onepriority and we will address any issue that any of our customers bring to our attention.[redacted] received a 6 month/7500 mile value limited warranty (attached)on her vehicle as do all of ourcustomers upon purchase. All of the vehicles that we sell go through an inspection by our mechanicalong with the NY State inspection, as mentioned above.Below are our communications with [redacted]; none of which mention brakes, brake lines, gas line, gas tankor power steering line.A few weeks after [redacted] purchased the vehicle she stopped by our location and mentioned that therewas a chirping/winding noise that the vehicle would occasionally make at a stop sign/traffic light. At thatpoint our sales rep, Mark, went for a ride with [redacted] to Identify the noise. When they were on this ride[redacted] couldn't hear the noise with our rep. When they got back to our location Mark plugged in ourmachine to [redacted]'s car to see if there were any codes on [redacted]'s Ear that needed attention. There weren'tany codes on [redacted]'s car. we then advised [redacted] that if she did hear the noise again that she should bringthe car to our mechanic in Depew, NY which is closer to her house than our office. We even offered toset the appointment for her and told her to contact us if she wanted us to make the appointment. [redacted]never contacted us to make the appointment for her. To our knowledge, [redacted] has not gone to thismechanic. There was no mention of brakes, gas lines, power steering line, etc. during thiscommunication.[redacted] contacted us when she received an envelope from us that was torn by the post office duringdelivery. We noticed in our files that we had an extra [redacted] key that we believed belonged to [redacted].We sent [redacted] the key and during the delivery process the post office must have tore the envelope,which was out of our control, and [redacted] received an open and empty envelope. We advised [redacted] tocontact the post office. There was no mention of brakes, gas lines, power steering line, etc. during thiscommunication.[redacted] contacted us when she had received her lien release along with a plug from the Finance companythat needed to go in place of the box that was installed when [redacted] purchased the vehicle. We told [redacted]that she could take her car to our mechanic for this work and we gave [redacted] our mechanic's phonenumber and he would replace the box with the plug that she received. We have not heard from [redacted]since and to our knowledge she hasn't been to our mechanic to have the box taken out. There was nomention of brakes, gas lines, power steering line, etc. during this communication.WNY Auto Sales, Inc. takes pride in selling quality used vehicles at a fair price along with including a 6month/7500 mile limited warranty to our customers.We feel bad that [redacted] has had problems and if she would have contacted us regarding these issues wewould have helped [redacted] out in any way that we could have.
