Revdex.com spoke with the business today and he stated that he did not build the frame for the customer, he simply created the awning cover for it As far as he is concerned the awning is waterproof, but mist may come through during a heavy downpour which we have been having this season He stated that he would like to come out when it is raining to see if it is actually leaking.The business stated that when he installed the awning, the customer's were very happy and he advised them to contact him directly if there are any issues and he has not heard from the customer until this complaint was received

My desired settlement from wny awning is to list his company for not being honest with his customersI would prefer a refund because him and a employee from [redacted] awning had lead my husband to believe his company was better than [redacted] canvasBut I' am afraid of him.It's a shame that they took a advanced of my husband Not only that it wasn't fitted right but its not waterproof so we can't sit outside if it's raining
