Revdex.com spoke with the business today and he stated that he did not build the frame for the customer, he simply created the awning cover for it. As far as he is concerned the awning is waterproof, but mist may come through during a heavy downpour which we have been having this season. He stated that he would like to come out when it is raining to see if it is actually leaking.The business stated that when he installed the awning, the customer's were very happy and he advised them to contact him directly if there are any issues and he has not heard from the customer until this complaint was received.
