They won't pay any of my bills unless you have the actual bill I don't get actual bills because I get them electronically sent to my phone so they refused to take my payments they don't have anything written where they say they don't accept payment without a bills
We have received your letter regarding the complaint made by ***, a check cashing customer of Western New York Check Services.
Ms. came into our establishment on January 21, 2020 to purchase 2 money orders and to also pay an electric bill. Our company has a policy that requires customers to bring in the original utility bill in order for us to accept payment. This is done in order to avoid fraud and errors in applying payment to proper account numbers. Since Ms. could not produce the original bill, she was advised that we would not be able to process her payment until she could produce the original bill. She made a fuss and left the building.
A few hours later that same day, a gentlemen came into our establishment on her behalf, with the Original bill and payment was made. He also purchased two money orders.
We have never had an issue in our 11 years in Business. Ms. has since returned to WNY Check Services and continues to do business with us.
We consider this issue closed as we did everything correctly and lawfully.
