I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] WNY Landscaping Inc., (the owner, John S [redacted] )insisted that he told me personally that he would not be responsible for the broken siding to my home and shed This is simply not true an out and out lie He never came to me personally about anythingIn fact he ignored all of my phone calls altogetherActually, I never met the manHe accused me of aggressive behavior & verbal threats to his employeesAs stated before, his own employee told me to stop paying my bills, and that would get his attention and then maybe he would at least look at the damage his company caused Its bad enough he has blatantly lied, but to scandalize my good name, by calling me aggressive and verbally threatening his employees, all because he just didn't want to fess up to what his people did to my propertyHow shameful, he would stoop that lowIt would have cost him a very small amount of money to repair the damage He caused me much stress and anxiety with his allegations I have never been treated like this beforeHe should be ashamed of himself
