We had our patio, outdoor bar top, and pool area sealed by Scott in the spring He has always claimed to be the best and that his product does not delaminate We never had any issues with our bar top prior to Scott sealing it (stamped concrete outdoor kitchen bar top) It has been shedding white flakes since he did it Our patio and pool area are also a mess as they are totally delaminating We've contacted him several times over the last days to come power wash it all down and re-seal it again We said we would pay Once he told us he came to look at it, tho we were home that day and never saw him A 2nd time his young worker came at 8am and told me he was here to do the work I left for the morning and came home to see that nothing was done After multiple tomes of trying to contact Scott that day to ask what happenedhe failed to respond until several days later I reached out to him again recently and asked if he was blowing us off He said no, he just needed to lo
