We are sorry to hear about this complaintWe do try to make all our customers happyWe do not recall this situationWhen we have a call/complaint about missing any food items we normally ask what they are missing and what they received so we can figure out what's going onWe do not give refunds although we do food exchanges if anything is wrong with the food or a credit if missing food happens In most situations like this the customers can get frustrated and we understand thatWe are sorry to hear that we "laughed" or was "rude" but there is two sides to every story and we can make sure this is not the caseWe do not agree with any of our employees being in such manner Again, we are sorry to hear about this complaint and if you would like to come in to our location location at [redacted] with a receipt we will do our best to try and resolve the problem Thank you for your time and we hope you have a great day -Manger at Wok On Fire

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Of course you "don't recall the situation"You took over a month to respondWhat you have done is stolen money from meYou and your staff are thieves and liarsHow you are still business is beyond meHad the option to have the food which was missing delivered at the time I called, I would have taken itInstead it was insinuated by your employee, who identified himself as ***, I was lying, and he didn't see what the problem was as well as laughed by your employees because I requested to have the money which was essentially stolen, returned Regards, Manuel Alvarado

I always order chinese food this this restaurant for myself and familyI ordered an appetizer of fried dumplings with the other dinner mealsThe food came and I opened up the bags and there was no dumplingsI called the restaurant ASAP and was accused of lying and trying to get another set of $appetizerThe manger wouldnt come to the phone she had someone else rely the messageShe said she had to review the video tape to see if the appetizer was put in the bagShe said she was to busy to look at the tapesI explained how insulting that is and that any other place would give me my appetizer that it was on my bill and she refused and didnt care about losing my businessI will never ever order from this place again,
