Dear Mr***,
Regarding this complaint allegations that are completely and
very misleading to real events:
The vehicle is sold AS IS!
The disclosures *** made were factual passed on to him by the mechanics opinion
You will see by all attached paperwork the exact details that Wolfs has not misrepresented thistransaction in any way, shape or form
The FREE 50/service agreement was given to them free of any charge after the fact because whenany question was raised *** offered them some support for free!
Our 50/is exclusively as it says at Wolfs
***'s boyfriend, her representative was never involved except after several test drives donepreviouslyBeth wired the money into our account
Our Labor rate is $95-$per hourBozeman Ford is $for diagnosis but work done is $120-$125per hourThe parts prices are retail as I believe we are still entitled to pay our bills and profit by oureffortsAll parts needed TBDWe don't compete with a backyard mechanic who trades a case of beerfor laborThey would pay much more to take it to another dealer
These are the factsWhat I find interesting is during all the test drives these issues weren't noticedbefore purchasing? This leads to speculation on our part because he pulls trailers and races cars that hedid something after he bought itOur prices on our lot are what they are for potential buyers orsomething we would exchange with them forI offered them $on exchange because now it doesn'trunIt drove when it leftWe are not asking for much consideration since it is damaged now uponreturnI also gave them a long block motor their backyard mechanic could use to swap parts if hewantedAt the time her boyfriend seemed very gratefulMy opinion is that this is a girlfriend/boyfriendmisrepresentation of what he asked her to pay forI'm disappointed in their opinion but we did all thatwe agreed to do and MORE!
Sincerely,
Phil W***
* As for our mechanic, he did a fantastic job for us and would have never put a broken injector in any vehicleThat is not how we operate!

Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant,Thank you for the opportunity to address and bring clarity to the concerns presented by the complainant. We have reviewed this matter and would like to present the following. The complainant acknowledged and agreed to the following agreements upon conducting...

business with Mad Dog Domains:•    Universal Terms of Service Agreement•    Domain Name Registration AgreementThe latest version of these agreements can be found at[redacted]On February 10, 2006 the complainant purchased the domain name registration in question for a one-year term via an online transaction.  This was for the period ending February 11, 2007.On November 24, 2006 the complainant contacted our 24/7 Customer Care Center and renewed the domain in question for an additional five-year term, extending the domain’s expiration date to February 11, 2012.On January 30, 2012 the complainant then manually renewed the domain name registration for a three-year term, extending the domain name’s expiration date to February 11, 2015.On February 12, 2015, Mad Dog Domains automatically renewed the domain name in question for a one year term per the complainant’s account preferences, and did so in a good faith effort to honor its agreements with the complainant. The transaction amount was $10.17 and an order confirmation containing details was sent to the complainant by email. Mad Dog Domains sent renewal notices prior to the expiration date on:•    November 13, 2014•    December 13, 2014•    January 12, 2015•    January 27, 2015•    February 6, 2015These notices indicated the domain name would be automatically renewed upon expiration unless additional action was taken.  Account management is a customer responsibility.Additionally, on February 12, 2015, the complainant manually renewed the domain name registration for an additional one year term via an online transaction hours after the automatic renewal had already been processed.  The transaction amount was also $10.17 and an order confirmation containing details was sent to the complainant by email. On April 4, 2015, Mad Dog Domains was notified the complainant had disputed a transaction through their issuing bank. The issuing bank revoked payment for the manual renewal transaction of the domain, pending the outcome of the dispute.  This chargeback removed the funds from Mad Dog Domains paid for the domain renewal.  Due to this, and per our terms of service, the domain name in question was repossessed, and the associated promotional hosting package was subsequently canceled on April 9, 2015.RESOLUTION:Mad Dog Domains has upheld its agreements in good faith with the complainant and honored its terms of service.  Our office has attempted to connect with the complainant to discuss their concerns using the information provided and have been unsuccessful.  On April 17, 2015 the complainant was informed of options to recover the domain in question.  The complainant was provided the option to cancel the dispute with their financial institution and provide our Chargeback Department with a copy of their credit card/bank statement showing the $10.17 charge reapplied to the associated account to avoid the $50 administrative fee.  Provided the complainant does not continue the payment dispute further, Mad Dog Domains may then reinstate the domain name registration. If the transaction in question remains in dispute and the complainant wishes to reinstate the domain name registration, a $50 Administrative Fee in addition to the $10.17 transaction amount will need to be paid. The complainant has also been informed that a purchase of a new hosting plan would be required and website files restored from their independent backups to continue hosting with Mad Dog Domains. Thank you again for the opportunity to address and bring clarity to the concerns presented by the complainant.Kindest regards,[redacted]
