I am rejecting this response because: The complaint is NOT because the sod is dry and dying. It is about the yard not being level! he did not level the yard up to the fence on the west and east side by inches from the fence from the north to the south! He did not level the south side of the yard with the feet of sod we laid a month previous! There are plants he agreed to remove growing in the sod he laid No! we were not satisfied with him calking a 5 inch jagged hole he cut with a chain saw in our steel siding! He needs to come and level the sod he laid up to the fence on the west and east side going north to south! Level the feet of sod on the south side of the yard going from the east to the westHe needs to remove the plants he agreed to remove before laying the sod on the north side of the garage And he needs to replace or pay for the replacement of the steel siding. If he does not agree to do the above request and finish the job he started we want a refund so we can pay a qualified company to do so

I received a letter in the mail in re guards to a complaint by a *** ***The work was completed last fallUpon completion of the project *** was very happy with the work (sod installation) that was performedI did notify her that upon removing a shrub that was growing on to the
house, that the siding did receive a small hole in itI had recommended that we fill the hole with silicone instead of replacing the entire piece and she was fine with thatSo that is what I didAs far as the sod not being level, I can not control the movement of a persons yard after I leave the property. If there is any dead sod in her yard that would be due to the fact that she did not water it every day sometimes twice a day till the sod rootsThe property was walked after completion and these are all issues that I reviewed with her upon completion of the project and before the final payment was receivedThese complaints are not accurateI do believe that this is a case of a homeowner not taking care of the sod and it ended up dying and now they feel like the install was faulty
