I received a cold call today asking for me and my spouse to attend a minute demonstration with no cost and no obligationI was explicitly told that I wasn't going to be sold anything They indicated that for attending this presentation we could get one of two different packages:
1) days/nights Hotel with Round Trip Airfare for The destinations were either: Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Orlando, Miami, or San Diego
2) Days + Nights cruise for on Royal Caribbean or Carnival cruise lines
Based on the other complaints on this site, we will not be participating in the sales presentation
My wife and I received a mailing that we won either a car, a TV, an iPad or a free night cruise with air but we had to go to Jandar Matrix Travel on Fruitville Road in Sarasota to hear a presentation to then find out which prize we won We went and were told we won the cruise As of this writing we have never received the cruise we have now sued this company to receive our cruise *** *** Nokomis FL
Matrix Travel, formerly Jandar, is a wonderful travel company! The owners, Darrell and Janet provide the best customer service! Darrell is a GREAT travel planner and Janet, who runs the business, is the nicest person you'll ever meet! The best part about this company is that they rebate you back their travel commissions, so, if you travel a lot, you will make back your initial investment after a couple of trips! My boyfriend and I will make back our cost-to-join when we get back from our Viking River Cruise next year! It's really a no-brainer if you travel! Plus, they have these really wonderful and inexpensive "condo weeks" where you can stay almost anywhere for a fraction of the cost!
Jandar Travel in Sarasota will offer you cruise & vacation giveaways if you attend their 3 hr. presentation to join their travel club. Once completed you will get a travel voucher that is worthless since the amount you are charged for these vacations is the same or more than if you booked it yourself. Save your time & $$ in Sarasota.
