I am rejecting this response because: The dealership sold me a vehicle that they had knowledge of the transmission being faulty. They cleared out the check engine light (Josh the salesman told me) and sold me the vehicle without addressing the problem. They misrepresented the vehicle, I trusted the salesman and the dealership when they told me they thoroughly inspect their used vehicles so that the customer has a good reliable vehicleI immediately contacted the salesman the night the check engine light came on and he told me to keep driving it as it was only due to an EVAP code (gas cap not being screwed on tight enough)

Received following 'additional' response / offer from Wolf Motor Company via e-mail to Revdex.com: Hi [redacted],Our parts department was able to locate a couple of used transmissions for your Suburban.Cost including installation labor will be approximately $2,200-$2,500.As we all know the, the vehicle was sold 'As is' but Wolf Motors is willing to help cover this repair in an effort to maintain our long standing history of customer satisfaction. Wolf Motors is willing to pay the first $1,200 of this repair. Wolf Motors already payed the diagnostic bill from November 30th of $269.86.Let me know how you'd like to proceed, I will need a couple days to get a transmission here.
