Zach [redacted] with Wolf Pack took our $15,and their company keeps giving us the run around to install our roof I signed an estimate on Sept 29, for Wolf Pack to replace my shake roof I paid a 50% deposit and they were suppose to begin work the following week I've been given one excuse after another Still no roof, no materials delivered, and now Zack's phone number is disconnected I have had a dozen conversations with their office telling me all of the reasons for the delay the qualified "shake roof" crews have all left to work in [redacted] weather our subs left town overnight and didn't tell us we put you on the schedule as soon as our best crew is available I now believe I've been scammed This company is obviously not serious about taking care of their customers They are lining their pockets with other people's hard earned money They need to step up and make this right

Paid $4,on 08/10/for repair of roof and gutters Was given completion date of 09/12/ Date was postponed with no new completion date On August 10, I hired Wolfpack Construction to replace my roof and gutters after the hail storms in the spring of I paid $4,to their representative TJ Patterson He told me the work would be completed around the end of August As the date approached I called TJ P [redacted] and asked him what the completion date would be He told me the job would be delayed until after Labor Day because of Hurricane Harvey He told me he would call me later in the week with a date that the job would be done He never did I wrote a message on the company's contact page complaining about the fact that MrP [redacted] had not contacted me with a firm date, and was contacted by Hedi M [redacted] who told me the job would be completed on September 12th On September 11th she sent me an e-mail stating that the job could not be completed on

This company cashed a check on 2/2/for over $2,and never performed any work or ordered any materials pertaining to my roof as of today On or around 1/31/2016, Jordan Guidry, a representative of this company met with me about replacing my roofI signed over a check for over $2,from my insurance company as was told that the remaining balance to complete the job would be negotiatedOn 2/2/2016, the check was cashedShortly after, it became evident that me and my husband would not be able to pay the additional amount they required to even begin working on my roof, so I attempted to contact the number on the contract for the company which I later found out was changedI contacted Jordan Guidry and left a voicemail to cancelJordan Guidry never returned my phone call and I could not get a hold of anyone withing the companyI finally made contact at the end of JulyI spoke with Samantha several times and she stated she would not return my moneyThis company never showed

you can run but you cannot hide...for longThe word is spreading on what a bunch of low-life ies you all areWhen you screw people out of their money, not only do you take from them and their customers, you take from their families tooWhen you screwed my partner out of his money you refuse to pay, you took away from my children as wellThis is not a happy mamaYou will get what you deserve sooner or later, I hopeI pray for all your souls to do what's rightI hope you saved enough money from all those you scammed to get a good lawyer because you're going to need itIf you choose to use this company for anything, brace yourselves to be robbed by these cons who have no conscienceThey're better at lying than they are roofing, that's for sure

My experience started out well, but I visited the site on the day they started installation to discover the wrong color was ordered and half way installed I was informed it was too late to change it and they were unable to discount their service Now, a little under a year later, I have a roof leak and none of there contact numbers work and even leaving a message on their website results in no contact Can not recommend this company!

Wolfpack Roofing and Construction are nothing but scammers!! They have taken a check for reroofing and construction work with payment in full They have scheduled twice with no shows or a phone call to let me know that they weren't coming Had to call office to find out that their San Antonio office was having problems and they would let me know, resulting with they have never contacted me to let me know anything.....no communication....NO WORK DONE At this point, they have refused to communicate or refund money They have not filed for any permits to have this work done....at this point they are in the Houston area targeting consumers there I know they have no intention in following through with their contract and keep getting the run around about a refund years old and out $10,

My mother is a senior citizen and hired Terry Marshal Wolf Pack Roofing to replace her roof She gave them $3, They never returned to do the work All of their phone numbers are disconnected They were supposedly the preferred roofer of the Texas Rangers Scammers...BEWARE!!!!

We contacted Wolfpack to replace our roof in the spring of We went through the process needed to have the job startedThey cashed our check on June 29th, We were told roofers would be out to do the workThe work still has not been doneThey pulled out of Oklahoma and did not make us aware that the Tulsa office would be closingCome to find out that is the same time they stopped responding to all our communicationThey are now withholding our insurance check of $8,despite being asked to issue the money back to usWe have filed a formal claim against the company with the DA office involved

Be careful from them they have taken my money since June and didn't fulfill there promise ,they don't return your phone calls either, then they want you to cancel so they can charge you 25% for cancellation as a charge back( SCAM ) I think they are having financial problem, they didn't even pay some of their employeesthey equieting on them,Zack promised me he will refund me my money last month I didn't get phone call back either my money back

On January we had Wolf Pack roofing and construction company come by the house and give us an estimate of to include replacing the roof on the house and the roof on the garage and the window screens and windows replace and the light fixturereplaced We agreed on the estimate and had the company start the jobAfter working a couple of days the workers did not return to filnish the roof job After several attemps to contact Rick Redder vice president he neverr returned our calls We tried caling his cell number and the office number but could never get to speak wilth anyone
