I booked a private tour for 7 people as a gift. We all live in different places. Unfortunately it is supposed to snow badly the day of the tour in the area where 5 of the people live, and they do not feel safe driving. 2 of us would like to continue as scheduled, however the company refuses to let us either split up our tickets, even though the minimum for a private tour is 2, or refund the people who will be caught in snow.
We apologize for any confusion in this matter. While we typically request 48 hours notice for cancellations to issue a refund, we do consider the weather as it may impact travel to the area and as a result we have processed the refund for the two tickets. We do not have a minimum requirement for Private Tours and we can potentially reschedule a partial group, though our Private Tours are reserved well in advance so it would depend on tour guide availability. We greatly apologize if this was not communicated clearly on your initial call. We do understand your concerns and we are sorry for any misunderstanding. Thank you for supporting the wolves through our tour program.
If there is any way to change the resolution of this complaint, I would like to indicate that I am satisfied with the business settlement. I apologize for not responding in time.
