Review: Gave first payment $1,047 to start a job. No one ever contacted us. No work has been done. Their business phone is disconnected.

[redacted] (son of Jack Wolf) came to our home and did measuring for a bookshelf and coat rack/boot box. On May 7, 2013 we met [redacted] at their office/showroom on Hwy 273. We gave the first payment of $1,047 to start the job. He told us they were about 6 weeks out and that they would call us when they were ready to install. When we returned home that day we realized there was an error in the design and some measurements were done incorrectly. They said they'd come over and re-measure. It has been over 6 weeks and we have continually left messages on [redacted] cell phone and tried to contact him at the office number. No one has contacted us or returned our calls. We also called their business phone tonight (6/26/13) and it is disconnected. Left another message on [redacted] cell phone, too. We would like our money back. No work has been done. I will go to their office tomorrow in person. If no results, we will proceed with legal action.Desired Settlement: We would like our $1,047. refunded to us immediately or we will seek legal action in small claims court.

Review: They took our money and closed up the shop.

Kitchen was to be done in May. We repeatedly tried to contact them and got no responce from Jack Wolf(owner). 2 weeks later we went to the shop and actually found someone there, and were told there was a machine breakdown, install would be delayed. We called repeatedly again to get a possible install date, with no return call from Wolfs. We returned from vacation on 7/1/13 and stopped by the shop to find it was cleaned out and all equipment removed. We had given Wolfs $4962 already for the kitchen cabinets. Mr Wolf also owns a shop in Oregon that we are trying to find.Desired Settlement: We would like to get a full refund for the Fraud/Theft he commited.

Review: Business has not returned several calls made to go over details on contract. I can't get a hold of the business and job on contract is not complete.

On Friday, 6/13/13, I had my final walk through to go over the cabinets to be installed and completed by 7/3/13. The following week I tried to contact the business and was unable to get a hold of anyone. After attempting to call the business every day that week (6/17-6/21), I have now been informed that the business is closing down and I will not be getting the cabinets promised as on the contract. We are requesting our deposit back of $4831.00 in full. Desired Settlement: I am seeking my deposit back for the cabinets. It is in total $4,831.00.

Review: paid deposit for kitchen cabnets. Unable to contact thru phone & business appears to be closed.

4-24-13 pd with check 5800.00 deposit for new kitchen cabnets to be installed 3rd week of June. Met with Jack on 6-10-13 & requested a sample of the color of the cabnets(which he was suposed to have given me the month before) he said it would take him a week to make it. I followed up with a phone call the following week, I left a message on his business & cell phone and again 3 times the next week & never received a response. On monday 6-24-13 approx 11am, my husband drove to the business. The gate was locked & wolf's cabnets appears to be closed (maybe for good?).Desired Settlement: return our 5800.00
