Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: 1. I am attaching a copy of a portion of the website from a couple of months ago stating "We guarantee our work 100% and any correction is done at our cost." Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't seem to be there now.2. I was told the guarantee was 3 years, but I can't prove it; however, the website says "100% guarantee, so I wonder why a breakage after 2 months would not fall into that category.3. I was told that "surface cracks" would eventually happen and that there was no guarantee on them, but I was distinctly told that "We use 3/8" rebar on 16" centers. I will not use wire mesh because it will crack and I can't guarantee it." The 3/8" rebar was used, so that indicates to me that there is a guarantee. I don't think there is any question that these are not surface cracks, but a complete break in the concrete. With that said, Mr. [redacted] and I have agreed to put this on hold for a while to evaluate our options. It is not by any means resolved, but there seems to be at least some room for negotiating a resolution.
Regards,

My website has not changed none whatsoever and I never told Mr. [redacted] the concrete would not crack all concrete cracks. Mr. [redacted] also stated that I gave a three-year warranty I've never given a three-year warranty on anything
[redacted] concrete has hired an engineer to look at Mr. [redacted] job to see if we were at fault. A representative with M&S engineers, Mr. [redacted], and Mr. [redacted] will meet at 8450 FM 775 Seguin, Tx. Monday 6-18-2016 at 10:00a.m.
