A transaction/charge was applied to one of our employee credit cards from Ticketracker that was not a transaction the employee made or authorized I am the Office Administrator and called the company to get it reversedNo one at the company answered the phone or returned a message left Very poor customer service and lack of integrity resolving the issue

Wolfe Diversified Industries, LLC d/b/a WorkwearUSA received the above referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respondSpecifically, [redacted] of the [redacted] complains that he encountered issues returning pair of work pants that were ordered through our company(Attached Invoice: [redacted] ) Mr [redacted] purchased a total of garments on July 18, with the sizing provided and confirmed by the customerOn August 4, 2014, Mr [redacted] inquired about returning garments that were incorrect sizing for his employeesOur return policy is clearly stated on our website, and was reiterated by our employee at the time of the return request, which directed the customer to send the unaltered garments for a refund and/or exchangeWith the directions disregarded by the consumer, the altered garments were sent back to our office Mrs [redacted] contacted our offices on September 25, and stated that if their requests were not met that a Revdex.com complaint would be submittedThe return policy was reiterated at this time, with the email exchange between the employee and Mr [redacted] being provided for their recordsWith the approval of our Senior Level Management in hopes to harbor a long-term relationship, and to ensure a positive customer experience with WorkwearUSA, we replaced the garments on September 26, at no cost to the customerAn additional garments were purchased at this time by the customer at a discounted rate due to the issues that were encountered up to this pointTo our knowledge, this issue was addressed and considered satisfactorily closed on September We strive to provide garments of the best quality and are committed to providing top-notch customer service to every one of our customersWe sincerely regret any inconvenience this issue may have caused to the [redacted] ***, and feel we have met their desired resolution Regards, J Chad Wolfe President/CEO Wolfe Diversified Industries, LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowFirst of all the invoice was not followed to begin with I never disapproved anything I had ordered the same customized products from them since last year from the supervisor Brian *** It was when Brynn *** who gave me problems I ordered form her 01/for the same products and all of them are correct I did not understand why she claims that I changed the order if the invoice was not followed Please reference the approved invoice and the orders from last year and the beginning of this year, the only thing that was changed was the sizes Brian *** sent all the corrections last week and I am satisfied with the outcome Brynn *** please get your fact straight I had been ordering from your company since last year and if you looked at the invoice you did not followed them and accused me of changing it even though you just sent me the same orders last January correctly I emailed you so many times but you did not give me any answers for almost a month about the shipping you left me with no choice but to seek help I want to take this opportunity to Thank Brian *** for sending the correct uniforms I will not order from Teamwearusa anymore I learned my lesson Please close the complaint Brian *** took care of us

I am a parent and fan of our community high school who purchased all-sport passes for our high school through the required ticketracker The past several years I had to call ticketracker to renew our passes b/c they would not put my annual pass, my wife and our two children's on the same account This year I was determined to have Ticketracker put all of our passes onto one account and they refused The first lady I spoke with on August 1st asked me to call the school and have them put the cards onto one account I did this but they were not able to proceed with Ticketracker either b/c they are the ones who set up the account and they would not make any changes I called ticketracker four more times and recorded each call asking if they would put our four passes onto one account Each time I would told my message was sent to a supervisor and they would call me back in to hours and I never received a call back on any of the four days This led to my account expiring so I had to order four new passes Our order renewal was not sent to *** School Corp and my wife's card does not show up on my account when I hit Buy/Renew Pass even though I just ordered all of these under my name on one account I have called back in and I received the same message I received every other time, noting this is being sent to a supervisor and they will call me back The funny part about the supervisors is every time you tell them you will wait and speak with a supervisor they tell you there is not a supervisor to speak with right now I asked why there were not any supervisors during working hours two of the times and they would not provide a reply to me This suggest they are trained to state this to customers I would not recommend any school system or business working with this agency The customer service is well below par and I also recommend several of trying to call Ticketracker to see how they deal with situations that can easily be resolved such as our families situation

I ordered a Carhartt coat from WorkwearUSA (a Wolfe Diversified company) on November 1, 2016. I did not receive confirmation of my order, and my emails and phone messages have gone unanswered for two weeks. I have received no form of communication whatsoever. Since I paid through Paypal, I have escalated my dispute to a claim, but I still have to wait another week before Paypal will settle my claim. Workwear USA has not even responded to Paypal regarding this transaction. Another reviewer said their customer service was sup-par. In my case it is nonexistent. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns emails, but apparently someone is there to take your money.

This client was extremely difficult from the beginning.  They approved orders multiple time and then sent them back after the order was on the production schedule they would put in a change.  This client received all product and was satisfied.  At the end of the last order we told the...

client we would send them blank goods but would not do business with them as a decorator.  The client was upset that we informed them that we would no longer offer decoration services to them due to the difficulty of working with them.  We were more than willing to offer them blank products to have decorated locally.

garments were purchased at this time by the customer at a discounted rate due

issue was addressed and considered satisfactorily closed on September 26.
