We have been trying since March to get a back up generator for the generator for our house A service rep came out in March from Wolfe Electric and said he'd have the office order one for us It might take a week to ten days That was March We have made numerous calls, talking to secretaries at the office We've been given a variety of excuses and many promises that the work would be done NOTHING has happened! Either the office staff is completely incompetent, or they are not concerned with the needs of the customers I really don't know why they wouldn't be doing their job It's a mysteryBut now we are looking for another company where we can have the part for our generator ordered and installed If anyone has an electrician they can recommend, please post it here I'm amazed that a company can stay in business with such poor service, well, non-service
