I have reached out to Larry and had to leave a message for him to call me back, but I did make it very clear in the message that we will honor any rebates we have quoted to him There is never a time in our business where we would not take care of our customers if we've made an error We would never intentionally misquote a rebate, but if we accidentally did we will absolutely pay for any rebates he was promisedI can't apologize enough for Larry having to wait for his rebate, but we are taking care of this immediately I look forward to speaking with him and clearing this up.Thank you,Jessica G***

We apologize you were not completely satisfied with our serviceOur employees only motivation is to resolve issues for our customersI have reviewed the service order you were supplied with (see below) as well as the photos taken of your furnace issues (see attached.) It clearly states, "found no holes through main heat exchanger" but does identify other issues needing to be addressedAlthough another company may get the unit to operate that does not mean its functioning properly or safelyOur technician showed you the issues through an inspection scope/camera while in front of the furnaceIt was live footageThis furnace is years old and the manufacturer is out of businessWe are happy to refund you the $99, but feel strongly our diagnosis was correct and the person that repaired this unit did so without addressing significant safety issuesI would be happy to visit with you personally to show you with a scope/camera the damaged areasThank you,John C [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This business is lyingI was never shown any live footage from a scopeThe tech had finished looking at our furnace located in the basement and the heat pump outside, he was upstairs in our living room telling us we needed to purchase a new furnace, then asked if we would like to see the holes in the box in our furnace, he pulled up phony pictures on his cell phoneThe pictures we were shown, supposedly of the inside of our box, were of dark metal with large holes (getting second option found out our box is brick inside) which proved to us that the photos shown to us by Wolfer's tech, were not even our furnaceWolfer's used deceitful practices in an attempt to make an unnecessary sale which would have defrauded us of thousands These supposed "scope pics" that they attached in their response is something that we have never seen beforeTech didn't show us anything live from the furnace, in fact he never even went back to the basement after showing us the fake pictures while on our main level in the living roomMy mother is the home owner and was also shown these pictures by the tech on his cell phone, she has Parkinson's and requires a specialized walker, is physically incapable of going down to the basement where the furnace is, absolutely impossible to claim she saw live footage of our furnace from a scope (they should be ashamed of themselves for their lies)As for the invoice, this is the first time we have seen an invoice, tech said that we would be mailed one, and never received an invoice, so guess they now decided to create one since having been caught in their deceptionHad another company inspect and service furnace, it is working just fineOther company stated furnace is in good working order I am enraged by the lies in Wolfer's responseWas seriously hoping that it turned out to be a rogue employee rather than condoned deceptive business practices by Wolfter's, however with the lies in their response, it seems that they are standing behind the tech and the deceitful tactics used in their attempt to make an unnecessary furnace saleI now not only want a refund but also an apology from Wolfer's for how we were treatedThis company tried to defraud us of thousands of dollars and then when confronted by Revdex.com complaint wrote a response of lies that is an insult to my intelligenceShame on them

Wolfer's Home services has notified Revdex.com, orally, that their advertised claim of beating competitors quote by $is discontinued. In addition, Wolfer's forwarded Revdex.com the following email from your email address:
Hey Leon,
Yes, I'm actually thinking we're going to be cancelling all
together... We found a reputable company that beat your quote by $1700 and they included the wifi-thermostat - exact same model xp14-and air handlerThey also beat your interest rate at 3.5%(Without knowing who they were competing against.)
In emailing with you earlier, it didn't seem like your company was willing to do any negotiating, and even took back the wifi stat you included, causing me to look elsewhere.
Anyway, I do appreciate your time
