RevDex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is some what satisfactory to me. I spoke with more than 7 employees over the four day period before Christmas. Each employee outright lied and suggested the package would arrive on time. On Christmas Day I received an email stating package would NOT arrive and they were simply willing to send letter of apology. Thru determination I was reasonably compensated but it will NEVER provide restitution for embarrassment. I will never shop them or their subsidiaries in future. Sincerely, [redacted] ***
