I scheduled a massage on 12/@ 6PM for my wife When we entered Designers Den and went to checkin at the counter for the appointment we both made eye contact with the first employee at the counter said hello to which she snickered, rolled her eyes and intentionally ignored and walked away from us at the counterMy wife and I have no issue with this employee but it is unacceptable for someone to treat a customer that way to their face
After that encounter a very kind employee said hello and greeted us professionally though she knew that we had an issue due to the way we were greeter Due to our treatment we said that we would like the store, we left our contact info and asked to speak with a manager The 2nd woman at the counter said was not a manager said that and could not help with resolve the issue
